  • Orders Under $10.00 USD: Standard flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 USD applies to orders totaling less than $10.00 USD.

4.2 Order Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing Window: Orders are processed and packed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays) following order confirmation and payment verification.

  • Standard Transit Time: Once dispatched from our fulfillment hub, standard shipping typically takes between 5 to 10 business days, depending on destination location and regional postal delivery speeds.

If a package is returned to us at 124 Kendall Blvd as non-deliverable, re-shipping fees will apply.
